Sin Boon Ann

Sin Boon Ann is a Consultant at Drew & Napier LLC, where he has practised since 1992 and is recognised for his expertise in capital markets, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the Company's Audit and Risk Committee (ARC).

Over his career, Mr. Sin has acted as counsel in a substantial number of initial public offerings and listings in Singapore, including for Don Agro International, the first Russian business listed on the SGX, and Sarin Technologies, the first Israeli company listed in Singapore. He has also advised on major mergers and acquisitions, including PetroChina International's S$3.2 billion acquisition of Singapore Petroleum Company, and regularly advises listed companies on regulatory compliance and Listco requirements.

Mr. Sin was a Member of Parliament for Tampines GRC from 1996 to 2011 and served on the government appointed Company Legislation and Regulatory Framework Committee reviewing Singapore's company law. He has been consistently ranked among Singapore's leading lawyers in capital markets and corporate law by Chambers Asia Pacific, The Legal 500, IFLR1000, and Best Lawyers International, and currently serves as an independent director of a number of listed companies in Singapore, as well as an adjunct lecturer with the Singapore Management University Law Faculty.

Mr. Sin holds a Bachelor of Arts and an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore, and an LLM. from the University of London.
